Representing five worlds and one God, the crew of the Star Treader patrols the galaxy. Their adventures lead to many hostile encounters including space pirates, intelligent nuclear spiders, AI viruses, and transdimensional beings. They overcome through their training and teamwork, but also by praying and relying on God. There are also friendly encounters such as a race of energy beings that join their crew. Captain Christopher Comet and the Intergalactic Patrol highlights a future filled with excitement, faith, and teamwork.

Reverend Dr. Alan Williams was born in Ohio in 1945. He has served in church and hospital ministry for 52 years and as a part-time police chaplain.

Being a fan of science-fiction, he wrote a screenplay about a patrol ship in space, and its crew of Christian police officers from Earth and beyond. Later, he turned this into a young adult novel.

He enjoys playing guitar, ham radio, beekeeping, and spending time with his wife, Linda, and their two dogs.
